Well, I think that i'm way too tall for my age!.
I'm 14 years old ( grade 8) and 5'7! I'm the 2nd tallest girl in grade 8!.
Although manyy guys are taller than me, it still feels so awkward walking with all my friends who are half a head or a whole head shorter than me!. Err, i only have one friend who's like almost my height!.
I've had about 3 boyfriends so far!. One of them was like shorter than me lol!. truthfully, I felt kind of embarrasedd!.
I always walk around with flats and wear shoes that are as flat as possible!.
So i wanted to know how tall i would be when i grow up!?
My mom is 5'2, and my dad is 5'9!.
Not only that my cousin is even taller than my dad!. he's about 6'2! However, my other one is only about 5'3!.

Do not, for one more second, worry about your height!. Even if you wind up being 6'2" like your cousin, you will still be beautiful, more so, because you will be unique!. Brooke Shields, Uma Thurman, and Jordin Sparks are all 6'0" tall!. When you get into high school, the boys will be able to look at you, rather than down on you!. And if you want to wear high heels, go for it! You being taller than your friends means that you stand out in a good way - they are probably all jealous of you, and worried that they are too short!. Keep your shoulders back, head up, and back straight - look people in the eye and they will think you are the most confident person they've ever met, even if you know you are super-nervous on the inside!. Good luck, and even if your high school is populated by midgets, remember that you are exactly how you are supposed to be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well if your in the 8th grade you usually stop growing at 14, but sometimes girls can grow up to 16!. I stopped at 13 and believe it or not I was 5'9" at 13 and still am and I love it!. My friend stopped growing at 4'11" and she is 23!. So be glad that you are tall besides guys notice you more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It boils down to genetics, really your parents size indicates you should be around 5'6 - 5'7 when you stop growing!.

girls usually stop growing at around age 14-15!.
so you will either stay the same or grow another inch!.
but don't worry!. really, its not that tall!. the only reason you feel uncomfortable is beacause your friends are shorter!. a lot of people wish they were taller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends im the same age and im 5'6!. The way I know im still growing is if my feet are continuing to grow!.
Like, last summer when i grew half a foot my feet went from size 4 to 7!. So generally as long as your feet keep growing so will you!. hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

don't know how much more you'll grow, but 5'-5'11" is a good height for a girl and nothing to be embarrassed about!. now 6'5 is a different story!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is nothing wrong witrh being tall!. I have friend he is a boy he is 6ft 4 in and his sister is 6 foot even! You are also in 8th grade going into 9th next year there is nothing to worry about i was 5ft 5 in 8 5ft 6 in 9th and 5 ft 6 in 10 you should be evening out in height!. Girls usually stop growing at about 16 so you may grow another 1 to 2 inches but enjoy your body!.

No you're totally fine!. I have a friend that when we were in 8th grade, she was 5'7" also and I was like 5'4" !. Now were in 11th grade and we are close to the same height!. It's just that you are doing most of your growing now, and maybe some of your friends will get taller later when you start to slow down!. I know it feels kind of awkward now but everything will even out!.
Alos, being tall is a good thing! Be happy about it!. You see all the models out there!? They are all around 5'6" and over!. Trust me, there are so many people out there that wish they had you're height!.
