I used to have this problem when I was younger!.!.!.my solution!.!.!.wear an overnight pad with wings!.!.!.!.and then place a pantyliner on the back of your panties where your butt is!.!.!.and then the chance of leakage is very slim!. If you are still concerned, put a towel under you when you sleep!.

Good luck and have fun on vacation!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I would place a small plastic bag with a towel over it, just in case it goes thru!. Make sure you buy the pads for overnight use, because they are larger!. Now with that said, If you have a accident don't worry about it!. The housekeeping is use to these things and if you ask them they have seen alot worse!.

Have a good-time on your vacation and Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, don't sleep in the same bed as someone!
Also, just wear the extra absorbent night pads!.
Kotex and always to really good ones!.

You should never ever ever sleep with tampons
Even if anything does happen, its okay, its not your fault!

But extra absorbent ones will be just fine :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

eww thats sucks!.!.!.!.its happend to me! : (
ummm well theresnothingmuch you can do other then using thick long pads and if ur really worried to dirty the sheets put on too pads so that it looks like a really long one that way you cant stain out of the underwear thats what i didWww@Answer-Health@Com

me and my girls put several layers of shorts just to make sure we won't have stains!. i don't use tampons too, just make sure you change whatever you use during your period!. you can also bring your own sheets but that would take up so much space!. good luck and have fun on your vacation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

change you pad just before you go to sleep and as soon as you wake up!. you could also bring along just a small sheet aswell if you wanted!. im sure the hotel doesnt mind!.!.!.id say they have seen everything and they wash it and prob dont even take any notice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since your only concern is getting the sheets bloody I would suggest you try wearing a tampon!. It's not uncomfortable and once it's in you don't really feel it anymore!. Hope this helps!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you go to the doctor, i think they can give you a shot or medicine or something to hold off your period for a little while!. it's safe, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
