Question: Ugh, question about my weight!? girls only please!!?
okay so i know i've been told i'm not fat
but when i change into a swimsuit, that definitely changes! =x
my stomach is like huge & same with my thighs! =/

i'm 13, about 5' and weigh 110 pounds!.
i know thats regular BMI and all, but i look big in a 2 piece =/
plus i'm only a 32 A! haha

i play basketball & track
but both seasons are over already
so to be truthful i dont really exercize everyday =x

what should i do!?
any stories/tips would be great,

That sounds about like me!. You're not fat, you're healthy, however, if you do cardio in the morning, you won't build up too much more muscle like you would if you did weights and you'll burn your stored fat instead of food you're digesting!.

The most important thing is to be happy and confident!. The guys at my school date the girls who are comfortable with the way that they look, not the anorexic girls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you want to stay in shape you have no other choice but to try to exercise when the season is over!. I play Basketball to and it is weird because i sort of gain like 5 pounds during the summer and lose it right when the season starts!. But you don't have to rigorously exercise everyday just watch your weight and what you eat and try to do some exercises occasionally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you don't feel great in a bathing suit just try to tone your stomach up!. crunches, sit ups, squats, swimming is great too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you wanna lose weight( You don't need to ),
Eat healthy, And drink alot of water!.
