Question: Menstrual regulation!. but no birth control!?
My period is very irregular!. and its VERY annoying!!! ugh! it would be nice if there was some pill or something i could take that would regulate my period but not birth control (my parents would freak if i asked for birth control) help please!

Explain to them that it's not because you're pregnant, but because you want to regulate your period -- go for a few months without it to prove to them that it's not the reason, then get it!.
Or, this might work: people emit things called pheromones, similar to hormone but release outside of the body!. If you were to have a sleepover at a friends house, say 2 days every week, these pheromones may very well cause both of your periods to be synchronized over time, creating more regularity!. Wait until you're 18, then go get birth control and they won't need to know about it!. Until then, I do not believe there are any other pills you can take!. Although you should be able to go to planned parenthood without them knowing if you're at least 17 in some states!. You can try taking vitamins and eating regularly, but if you already do that and still have irregular periods then it might just be something in your genes!. If your mom has irregular periods you probably will to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
birth control pills are used on teens all the time to regulate periods!. Seriously, just find an article regarding the pills and regulating periods - print it out and show it to your mom!. Also, you can just go to planned parenthood and get pills that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can go to Planned Parenthood and get the pill now!. You do not have to be 18, and they do not inform your parents!. They will charge you any where from $0-32 per month for the pill, based on your income!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
