I am 12 and my mom said i would start my period soon back in 2006!. as you see its 2008 and i haven't started yet!. i haven't gotten any of the signs but im wondering sitll!. i do play sports and my doctor said that may be part of it!. Do you think this is normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the average age is almost 13!. I know quite a few people who didn't start until they were 14-15!. I think it's less common to have them before 12 then after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
