when it comes to the certain time of the month my PMT kicks in really badly, its not like i'm not moody or anything i get period pains and i start getting thursty and i randonly start finding guys hot when normally i don't!.
is this normal!?

First off for the pain you can take two paracetamol and two ibuprofen at the same time,as they work on different parts of the brain!.
secondly its natural to feel thirsty !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I always felt thirsty,and used to find it ironic as you are normally more bloaty and have fluid retention,however you want to keep drinking!.
And to answer your last question wether you want to or not your cycle is all about mating and producing ,so its not uncommon for woman to be more forward with a man!.It all to do with pheromones etc!.breeding stockWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would say just go with your instincts when your hormones are balanced not when you are on your period and they are going wild - lol :D!.

The thirst-I get that too-probably just the lack of fluids or something!. Feminax is good for cramps although I don't think thats the issue here! :D

Yeah, hormones are responsible for all of this, esp causing you to be horny and the cramps and stuff!. Advil (or a medicine like Midol) can help with cramps and just drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy and get extra rest!. Don't do anything silly that you wouldn't usually, but if you have a vibrator or boyfriend or whatever!.!.!.!.feel free to hump them to death haha!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
