I was playing with my 10 year old sister and I noticed she is growing breasts!.She is so innocent I just don't know how to tell her!.Can someone tell me what to say to her!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are all she has, then maybe you can give her a heads up on the experience you've had with development!. Don't listen to the others, it's natural to protect a younger sibling!.
