Are you responding to or e-mailing someone in women's health claiming to be !

Question: Are you responding to or e-mailing someone in women's health claiming to be a doctor!?
If you have answered yes to the above, please be careful: Have you seen that this person is answering specifically in Women's Health--sometimes claiming to be a doctor other times stating not a real doctor!?

Can someone tell me if this may fall under the illegal status of Yahoo Terms of Service if people are asking this person to help with legitimate health complaints!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No matter HOW much he tries to cover his "POST" --terior, It's just plain illegal to pretend to be a doctor!. He may spout off some jibberish HERE about the unsuspecting being responsible to know every detail of the fine-print, but it's his INTENT that the judge will examine, and if he is already so foolishly overconfident HERE to blame his impersonations on the unsuspecting HERE, then he's as good as already admitted his crime and expects impunity!.

He's also ignoring the "weightier matters of the law" concerning HIS responsibility to be straight forward, and not to pretend to be someone he's not and not to work deliberate damage to people or to endanger others!. Read 'em and weep, Jim, (the community rules (Guidelines --sweetly put) Pretty sick guy, HE'S the one needing a doctor!.

But hey, the internet is often, anyway, -sad to say- a sewer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You did not stipulate the poster's name who you assume to be inappropriately claiming he is a medical doctor - however if you are referring to me - I am a medical doctor (I hope my answers augment the authenticity of that fact)!.

I have posted in various health sections - women's and men's as well as other areas of Yahoo Answers (Christian, for example)!.

I am guessing you are referring to someone else - but I did not see a name in your post!.

Blessings and good health to you!.

No I'm not, but my question is why do people get on here and ask questions that only a doctor can answer instead of actually going to a doctor!? If they ask these type of questions, they should take the source of the information as a comsideration in what to do with the answers/advice they recieve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is a public forum, advice here is accepted at your own risk!.!.!.!.someone claiming to be a doctor, or other medical professional for that matter can be called to account if they give medical advice and are wrong, if they can be identified, which is almost impossible in this venue!.!.!.to that end!.!.!.I suggest caveat emptor!.!.!."buyer beware"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, I haven't seen that, but lets face it should people honestly be on YA answers looking for a doctor! To me it's a no brain-er, if you have a medical problem, go to see your doctor, don't count on YA answers!Www@Answer-Health@Com
