Question: Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo Question!?
I take Ortho USUALLY on time!. I don't actually use it as birth control, because Im currently not sexually active!.
I sometimes forget to take it, and that in conjunction with stress have caused me to break out really badly!. I have anti-biotics for acne, so I'm wondering if there is any problem!. I read the warnings with the antibiotic, and it just said it would make the pill less effective!. Since I dont need it as a contraceptive, does it really matter!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take the pill at the same time every day, even if it's not used for contraception, and don't miss doses of the antibiotic or discontinue use prematurely!.
The warning for use with the pill is standard to let girls know they will need to double up with another method if they use the pill for contraceptive use!. If you are on the pill for, say - management of endometriosis symptoms, the pills being less effective as means of contraception is irrelevent and you should not miss doses either way!.
Antibiotics can be tricky if you are forgetful with pills to begin with, but it is extremely important to use them as directed for the full amount of days and doses!. Make notes on your planner, pda, post-its, whatever works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It still regulates your hormones!.!.!.you need to try to stay regular with them!. I know listen to me!.!.!.I have hard time remembering my daily meds too!.
