I wake up way too early not due to my legs but I have recently found out, I am having some "Insomnia" issues and am taking "Lunesta" for it!. Although now, I always feel like "stretching my legs constantly" but I don't feel any pain in them!. Any help or suggestions !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Answers:
Yes, I suffer that!. I feel like I HAVE to shake them because I feel weird if I don't!. In my case, it's medicine induced!. Antidepressants increase anxiety, & anti-anxiety meds increase depression!. & I take both!. It's very uncomfortable!. & even your whole body feels restless, & you just wanna spring up & walk somewhere!.
