Can you give me some exercises that are fun to do in the house?!


Question: Can you give me some exercises that are fun to do in the house!?
I want to lose a little weight but I want to have fun while exercising!. I also do ot want to have to use any objects like exercise machines or weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try jumping rope while you're watching TV instead of sitting!. Make a promise to yourself or something that you will jump rope, say, during the commercials during your favorite shows in the evening :)

Also, yoga is a good exercise regimen to keep if you want to exercise in your home and not use any special equipment, and it doesn't take up a whole lot of space!. I'm sure you could find plenty of info on the internet if you were interested!.

And lastly, making exercise fun for you could be as easy as finding a work out buddy!. Find someone who wants to work out with you a few times a week and pitch in to get a few interesting work out videos!. I know some of the best times I've had working out were in front of a TV doing something like Tai-bo (or whatever) and gossiping with my sister!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tune on your ipod or boombox or whatever you have to listen to and dancee!. If you've seen Hairspray, you know what I'm talking about when I say that you should try to do that dance at the end!. The big finale song at the Miss Hairpsray pageant!. Turn on that movie and try to dance to all the moves they do at the end!. I did it last night, and I got a huge cramp, which probably means it was too big of a workout with no stretching first!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start by doing 10-12 push ups (start on your knees if you are a beginner) and 25 crunches/sit-ups--do these every time a commercial comes on tv, before you know it, you will have done 3 or 4 sets!. Dancing to music is great too!. !.!.!.the more muscles you have -the easier it is to lose weight--muscle helps your body burn calories better!.!.and hey, don't forget to eat right!.
