What age can you have breast reduction surgery?!

I'm guessing you are in the UK!? I have just been approved for surgery on the NHS but I think you have to be 18 because they have to be sure that you are not going to grow anymore!. I would go to your GP and have a chat with them!. It might be worth getting it all started now because it is all quite a long process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would guess you would have to be 18 before anyone would agree to do breast reduction surgery on you!. Possibly even older, the reason being that at 16 you may not have finished growing yet, and there wouldn't be much point in doing the surgery now only for you to grow more and need the surgery repeated in a few years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am in the same situation as you are!. I'm 15 and almost a cup size C, I'm really shorst which makes my boobs, look irregularly big!. I love sports, but like you I also feel uncofortable, and the unwanted attention from guys is indeed soooo annoying!. I lately started wearing sports bra's b/c I got indentations on my shoulders from regular bras!. I know how you feel about the clothes!. There are sooooo many cute shirts out there but I can't fit into them, b/c of my boobs!. When I turn 16 my mom is going to buy me some breast reduction pills!. You should try them before considering surgery!. That is what I'm going to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can get the procedure done at your age only with parental consent!. Trust me, if you're having back pain because of it, you need to get a breast reduction!. Especially at your age, that size is nothing but bad for you!. Go to your doctor with your parents and they will work something out for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your mom about it, and go see your doctor!.

A reduction for you would be the greatest thing ever!. I went from a 38J to a 38C Feb 2006 and I don't regret it one bit!.

I live in Louisiana qand good friend of mine had it one at 16!. The important thing is to wait until you're done growing- which at 16 you're not completely, but close!. As previously stated, you are under aqge and would need your parents' consent, but I'm sure gien you're situation that they'd be pretty down for it!.
