i am sooooooooo scarede to start my period!.my mom says it will be soon b/c i have mood swings and hot flashes at the end of the month!. i am 12 years old and 4'5"!. i am soooooo scared!! HALP!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont be scared!!!! its something thats going to happen to ur body no matter what so u may as well just embrace it and be excited that ur becoming a woman!!!! yea it may be annoying and uncomfortable once u get it but just think, everyyyyy female in the entire world goes threw it!!!!

dont worry ur period is nothing to be scared about i had it when i was 12 too and i am now 14!. those things could be signs but it could just be u urself changing, maturing!. but a good thing to know when u could start is when ur boobs first started to develop about 2-3 years after they first started thats when u should get ur period!. but no one will ever really know!. just make sure u have some pads in the house that you will be ready to use incase u do end up having it soon!.

don't be scared!. I was scared too, and it just makes you panic!. its really not that bad!. Just don't wear white pants, and make sure you go to the bathroom and check!. Its alright, when I got mine I didn't know what it was, so i left it and then I found out it was my period, and it didn't even go through my underwear!.

it's really nothing to be scared of!.!.it's just kinda gross at first !.!.!.i think my first words when i got mine were "*sigh* aww crap!." the cramps are the worst part, but you can take midol or ibuprofen for that!.!.and you may not even get them until you've had a few periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
having a period isnt all that bad!. You will start to mature, Your breasts will start to get bigger etc!.!.!.!. its not the coolest thing to have your period because of cramps etc!.!.!. but its nothing to really worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
