Question: What is the fastest way to loose weight for me!? Also, period problems!.!.!.!?
Im 15, 5 feet four and a half inches tall, I weigh about 138lbs and I'm a girl!. Also, for the lady folks out there!.!.!. I've had my period for almost two years, and it's regular timing and all, but I keep getting the damn clotts and they're big and painfull!.!.!. anything I can do to help those on my own without a doctor's help!? Hi, if you are wanting to loose weight then its a good diet and exercise that will shift it!. Eating fruit, vegtables and bran!. Avoid fatty sugary foods!. For your meals eat steamed fish and vegtables as well as chicken etc!. Keeping hydrated is important too, as you will loose essential water through sweat when you exercise!. Try and do an hours exercise a day, which should include some cardio such as running!.
As for your periods, the clots you are describing are the lining of your uterus that forms each month and are perfectly normal!. If they are big then they will be painful so take some paracetamol!.I know you said you didnt want to see yourdoctor, but I would seriously consider it as they will be able to prescribe something to lighten your flow!. For the period try to eat healthily ie as much fruit and veg as possible and cut down on anything fatty or sugary!.
The best thing for clots and heavy periods is to go on certain types of pill ie Yasmin, even if you don't need it for contraception!. It makes the periods a lot lighter and less painful!. See your doctor!.
As for losing weight, do as much exercise as possible, go to the gym or an exercise class or exercise at home, get an exercise bike, an exercise video or buy a mini trampoline!.
Follow the same healthy eating tips as above and try to walk everywhere as much as possible!. Look on the net for the foods which are low and high calorie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well lets see for the weight loss try Weight Watchers its not a diet its just works im a member and i have lost 10 pounds ina week so that helps

with period the clots you cant stop but have you heard of a pill called Midol its the greatest thing since chocolate but that well help reduce the pain o the clotts and cramps if you have any so i hope this works for you and for weight watchers you can ask your mom or got to weight watchers!.com

One more tip Never use weight loss pills my great grandmother on my mothers side died from them but didnt have and allergic reaction to any thing so if you do decide to use a pill be careful i wouldnt just for your saftey hope this helps
