You could definitely be starting soon!. A lot of the time we get symptoms before it starts!. I didn't and still don't have a lot of those symptoms, but I'm sure they're linked!. The discharge is normal and that will happen even when you're not on your period!. You shouldn't really get cramps when you're exercising because exercise generally helps with cramps!.

Even if it doesn't start for a bit, there's nothing wrong with you!. These (unfortunately) are all part of being a girl and a human!. If the diarrhea is consistent, you may want to check that out, or try something like TuZen which can help with that!. Diarrhea isn't really a sure sign of your period!.

Good luck! Hope this helps!

STOP FREAKING OUT!!
Just be patient!
Yes, you have all of the signs (and more that don't really have anything to do with your period!.!.) but you just have to let nature take its course!. If your mom got it in 7th grade, it could be totally different from when you get it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No there is nothing wrong!.!.!.it seems like you WANT it too come!.!.!.you should be happy you have a few more years!.!.!.I started when I was 10!.!.!.horrible!.!.!.you can have discharge at any age some as young as 7 or 8!.!.!.you can also develope breasts at a young age!.!.!.and hair is really just hair!.!.!.so there is nothing to worry about unless you don't have it by the time you are a freashmen in highschool!.!.!.then I would go see a doctor!.!.!.but for right now buddy!.!.!.just be happy you got some time before you have to have you period!.!.!.trust me it sucks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you are around 5 feet tall , you should be closer to 100 pounds!. Too much exercise can cause women to not get their periods because their bodies need a little bit of body fat in order to function properly!.

You might be fine though!. I didn't get my period until I was 13 and my breasts had grown in completely when I was 9!. The cramps you're experiencing when you exercise would make me nervous though, so if it's something you're really concerned about, you should make an appointment with your doctor!. They may be able to tell you whether or not the exercise is an issue!.

Best of luck to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No one can say exactly when a girl will get her first menstrual period, but usually girls will get it some time during puberty!.

Some girls start puberty at age 9 or 10 where others may start as late as age 15 or 16!. Each girl goes at her own pace!. So don't think that it's a bad thing or that something is wrong if your friends start puberty a little earlier/later than you!.

At the beginning of puberty, you'll notice that your breasts are developing and you're starting to grow a little hair under your arms!. Hair also will grow on your genitals (pubic hair)!. In some girls, the time from the beginning of puberty to getting the first menstrual period may take only 6 months, where as for other girls, it may take longer and can take up to 3 years!.

Every girl is different, and there is a wide range of normal development during puberty!.

All I can say is that you should be patient, it will happen when your body is ready!.

I got my period when I was 13 (I
