Can period pain cause you have to leg cramps?!


Question: Can period pain cause you have to leg cramps!?
My legs (mid thighs) cramp when I get my period - is this normal!?

Also I am 14 and I just got my first period last month and I got my 2nd period yesterday - after 29 days!. Is that normal starting off regular because I heard that generally everyone starts off irregular!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

whenever i have bad cramps i ALWAYS have them in my thighs!. it feels as if i should stretch them out or something its not that painful, but just a weird/annoying tingle!. but it's normal i guessWww@Answer-Health@Com

Leg cramps!? oh yeah, and back cramps and headaches and water gain!. every mo it will be different, this mo little cramps next mo BIG cramps, the kind that make you feel like you cant even move, you might even spend a day throwing up ,and then the next mo it doesn't even feel as though you have it!. that's what would happen to my daughter every few periods!. right now your period my be regular but it always skips up!. now you could be like me , at your age i never had cramps, everyone is different !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's normal to have cramps in your thighs, i get them in my back!.

Its normal to start off regular!. And the reason you may be cramping on ur thighs like that uring your period is low potassium!. Eat some bananas an see if that helps any!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well yes it's normally not regular, but ever body's case is different!.

i have never heard of leg cramps!.
most people get them on your sides and lower backs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
