Orgasm Trouble?!

Question: Orgasm Trouble!?
Hi everyone, I don't know if anyone can answer this, but if i could find someone who has the same experience/problem it would just make me feel a whole lot better about this issue!. I have no trouble coming to an orgasm, but afterwards and during I feel so dirty and almost guilty!. After all is done, I just want nothing more to do with pleasuring myself and I immediately stop what I'm doing and continue life normally as if nothing has just happened!. I am a virgin, meaning I have been creating these orgasms, so I don't know if the fact that I am masturbating is what's making me feel regretful after the climax!. I have exposed myself, leaving myself vulnerable, I just hope someone can empathize and maybe give a few words of advice!.

Thank you so much,

When you have an orgasm, you get a crazy surge of hormones!. That can sometimes leave you feeling a bit off!. My guess as to what is going on is that you've had it drilled into you (whether it's by the church, your parents, teachers, or things you hear on TV) that masturbation is something to be ashamed of or that is embarrassing or dirty!. You logically know this is not true, because if you didn't you wouldn't masturbate at all!. But in those moments after you've pleasured yourself, your mind and body are a bit more vulnerable than usual, and all that stuff you've heard that says it's wrong comes back!. It's also not unheard of to masturbate then just go back to doing whatever you were doing before!. It's not the intimate experience sex is, and once you've satisfied the urges you felt that inspired you to masturbate, you don't need to dwell on what just happened!. I'll masturbate, then go back to watching tv or reading a book, and not really think about it again!. It's really not a big deal!. I think you need to sit down, maybe write in a journal or something, and explore what you've been told about masturbation and what influences it's had on you!. Have you been told it's a sin!? Have your parents yelled at you when you were younger for doing something like that, or told you that it was wrong to touch your genitals!? If you understand where those feelings are coming from, it can be easier to eliminate them!. Just remember this statement that a former surgeon general of the United States said: "90% of men and 70% of women masturbate, and the rest lie about it!." Everyone does it, and it's actually been found to have physical and mental benefits!. It can relieve menstrual cramps, boost your mood, in men can help reduce the risk of prostate cancer!. The list goes on!. And the most important, by getting your sexual satisfaction alone, you're not putting yourself at risk of STDs and pregnancy with a partner!. Keep masturbating and don't feel guilty about it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay firstly there is nothing wrong with masturbation!. sure get to know yoursef before any male does!. second, its great to hear your a virgin!. there is nothing wrong with masturbation AT ALL!. everyone does it! plus you needn't feel dirty, it's yourself!. you must feel comfortable with yourself before someone new getting close!. i think it's just a sign that perhaps your not quite ready for sex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is nothing wrong with releasing tension in that way, that's what it is essentially!. A lot of people become depressed after reaching sexual climax, you may just be experiencing something like that, coming down from an intense body-high type of thing!. You have nothing to feel guilty about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't feel like that if I use, er, a "woman's best friend" realistic style adult item if you know what I mean (trying to keep this PG), but just 'hands on' I do and know what you mean!. I guess I feel a bit of a differentiation, I don't know!. So I honesty don't do the deed the 'old fashioned' way much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remind yourself that sexual desires are a very natural human urge, and that there is no reason to feel guilty!. Just tell yourself that every time you start to feel guilty!. It will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its your concience!. we may be beleive the same thing!. but according to what i beleive (( i am a christian)) we are not supposed to masturbate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
