There are several things that can get rid of this, such as rennie or windeze!. However it sounds to me like you might have a spot of iritable bowel syndrome!. It's very common and I suffer from it all the time, except it stops me from going to the bathroom so I have to take laxative!. My friend also suffers but she is like you and has the bubbling feeling and the painful side effects!.
It might be worth you having an intolerance test to see if there are any foods that cause you grief, without you realising!. I have to stay away from white bread and pasta especially or else I end up very bloated!.
Lastly I would advise that you go and see your doctor, because he will be able to make a more accurate diagnosis and prescribe something to help and make you feel better xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Before you take any major steps, try slightly changing your eating habits and see if it helps!.
- eat slower and chew your food really well!. A lot of people eat really fast and don't chew their food properly!. When you just gulp down food or drinks, you ingest a lot of air, which can cause gas problems!. Take at least 20 minutes to eat a meal, and drink water in sips, not in gulps!.
-Avoid carbonated drinks
-Avoid artificial sweeteners- they can cause major gas problems
-Gas and feeling bloated are often a symptom of a food allergy or intolerance!. Try eliminating each of the following items for two days, then reintroduce them to see if there is any difference 1!. dairy and dairy products 2!. wheat products
Since it's only two days, it won't cause any nutritional deficits, and you'll be able to see if you have lactose or wheat intolerance
-Avoid soda, beer and other carbonated beverages
- Eat more fiber and drink more water!. You'll feel really bad and bloated for a day or two, and the symptoms will get worse, but you will feel much better in couple days because your system will get used to processing fiber
- Practice breathing techniques!. This sounds loony, but it works!. Stressed people tend to take shallow and quick breaths, which contributes to ingestion of air and to gas problems!. Stand or sit straight, and take deep breaths- that way the air won't go into your digestive system!.
If your symptoms don't get better in a week or two, see a doctor!. OTC medications are fine for occational use, but they have serious side effects if taken unsupervised!. It looks like you have chronic problems and you should get checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are lots of gas medicines you can buy OTC!. Most contain symethicone which acts like peppermint and it will help dissolve the gas!. As far as food, you can try cooking with ginger to help settle your stomach!. Try not to eat too fast or you can take in a lot of extra air at the same time!. And try to avoid typical foods that cause gas, ie!. beans, broccoli, etc!. You can google it to find bigger lists on what foods to eat and avoid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some of those andrews salts ( they're called something like that!) they're designed to settle your stomach , by relieving indigestion, upset stomachs, excess acid, constipation and symptoms of eating too much!Www@Answer-Health@Com
