Question: Women, in the shower, do you use your hands or a washclothe when washing "down there"!?

I use a cotton washer, no soap, just water, very important not to put any chemicals, soaps or gels down there!

Quick question to cindy-lu, or anyone else willing to respnd!. How does using your hands and not using a 'pouf' keep the earht green!? Using a washer or some kind of sponge I would think is actually beneficial to the environment, especially considering it makes the soap lather up more than if you used your hands, therefore making the soap go further on your body!. I guess the plastic poufs are bad for the environment in that sense, but most washers are made of cotton, which is not bad at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ME personally i use a mesh sponge but VERY lightly, like i dont SCRUB i almost just bruch across, and then when rinsing i try to cup water in my hand and then splash it on myself down there!.!.!.!.
today for example i was on my period and made sure to rinse myself plenty, of all my blood, rinsed with my HAND and THEN when clean from blood (slow flow) i used a mesh sponge and then like i said used hand to rinseWww@Answer-Health@Com

I use a new washcloth each time!. Apparently loofah's are breeding grounds for bacteria, also sometimes I just use body wash and wash with my hands!. Both these methods keep me fresh all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
based on medical studies, its better if u wash urself with ur hands being cleaned before touching that area than washcloth because washcloth tends to leave mini-fibers that can cause irritation in the future!.!.

if u use a washcloth for the rest, u can use a ashcloth for down there too! just wash it out with soap afterwards!. unless ure on ur period!. i use a pouf!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
