I know this sounds stupid...but what razor burn?!

Lots of guys get this on their neck from using dull razors and not using the right shaving cream!. It's a rash!.!.!.!. red bumps that hurt!. Sometimes it is caused from ingrown hairs and it's called foliculitis!. There is something called "Tend Skin" that helps!. You can get it online or at Sephora!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

LOL,well only the cheap dollar store razors!.:],and if your razor is old,rusty,and needs to be thrown away,they burn and get these red bumps,(but will go away later!.)
Just always use clean and fairly new razors,and you wont have to worry about red bumps and burning!.
