Thats a long time to be suffering after a section so I'd say adhesions and scar tissue!.
Might be worth mentioning it to your DR, especially if you havent finished your family yet as further scarring might cause more problems!.

**First answerer , she said sneeze not squeeze!! LOL**Www@Answer-Health@Com

This implies weakness within the incisional scar!. It's possible your abdominal wall has not healed fully yet despite the length of time it's been since your sections!. Having two sections would prolong the recovery time though, but it usually takes up to 2 years for complete muscle healing!.

It's possible you have an incisional hernia- is there a bulging near the incision site at all!? The bulging would be worse on coughing, and sitting up from lying!.

Otherwise, try to do some gentle abdominal exercises- swimming and yoga are great for this to strengthen the site around the scar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when they cut for your c-section, they toy with some muscles that you are not used to using to open up your stomach!. When you sneeze, almost every muscle in your body contracts, even your muscles when you had had the c section!. Your problem may be that that last c section, they tore a ligament or muscle in your stomach that can take a couple years to heal, but your problem will go away!. hope i helped!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not sure what it could be from, I had 2 c-sections, but every once in a while it happens to me, it could just be pulling on the stomach muscle causing it to stretch! Go to google and search pain after c-sections you probably will find something! it also could be tissue damage! It think eventually it will fade! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Because they have to cut through the abdominal muscle to get the baby out and that in turn is attached to the diphram that expands and contracts your lungs!. So forcefull expelling of air from the lungs should cause some discomfort!.
But if it's been that long why are you still in pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

because your stomach was cut open !.!.!.all the way through to your uterus !.!.!.that hurts !!

It takes time for everything in there to get back to normal, plus you have scar tissue building up!. Sneezing puts a lot of pressure on your abdomen, and that pushes on that incision site !.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably scar tissue buildup!. It happens!. But if it's extremly painful you should be checked to make sure everythign is healed properly and that you don't have scar tissue adhering where it shouldnt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Scar tissue!. or possible adhesion's!. They hurt like hell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You prolly have something else going on!. You should be healed by now!. You need a checkup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you should be able to answer your own question then, its uncomfortable it doesnt hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it will still hurt if on that part of the body muscle quickly stretches, cause it will never fully healWww@Answer-Health@Com

It shouldn't!. I had one a while ago and once it was fully healed I felt back to normal!. Go see your docWww@Answer-Health@Com

Its scar tissue causing the problem!. I can't wear certain knickers because of them making my scar sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

squeeze what!? melons!? Hmmm that has nothing to do with your c-sections!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
