Tampon insertiona and removal help????!

Question: Tampon insertiona and removal help!?!?!?!?
I've had my period for almost 4 years already, and I've only used pads!. This month I decided to give tampons a try!. Well, I can get it in perfectly!. But when I remove the tampon, it is painful for me, I feel like it gets stuck!. Why does it hurt when I take it out!? Since I feel that it gets stuck I'm afraid that while I'm pulling the string it will break, and the tampon will really be stuck in me!. Help plz!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This happens to me too, like exactly! But I have figured out a solution!.!.

Sit on the toliet and RELAX!. Breathe deep!. Don't get all stressed over it not coming out!. Because then it will just be harder to get it out!. Go to the bathroom before you take it out!. (I tried to take it out when i had to pee, and then I went to the bathroom, and it was easier to get out after i went to the bathroom!) Pull it out in the same direction that you put it in!. Make sure you leave it for at least four hours so it's not dry!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you using tampons w/ applicators!? i would always make sure you are using applicators!. It sounds like you are either using too high of an absorbancy or not leaving it in long enough!. make sure it is in for at least 4 hours, if you pull it our dry, it will be painful!. also, make sure you start w/ super and move gradually to regular then to lite absorbancies throughout your cycle!.

Also make sure you are relaxed, if your muscles are queezing together it will be difficult to get it out!. For example, if you need to pee you are holding your bladder muscles, so it will be difficult to remove it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it doesn't come right out, you're obviously pulling it out before it's "filled" so to speak!. Don't freak out and try to take it out right after you put it in!. Additionally - buy the right size for the blood flow you're on!. You don't need jumbo tampons if it's only light bleeding!.

Also: it is highly unlikely that you'll "lose" it in you!. Your vagina is not an endless black hole that can store things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it just means that youre using too big of an absorbancy hun!. you have to vary during your flow!. you'll know what you need to use when you take it out and a lil lubrication before you insert them doesnt hurt either ;)

youre better off buying the multy pack with diff absorbencies it cheaper and easier!.

hope that helps a lil and trust me, it cant get stuck permantly it has no where to go, your cervics is waaay to small for it to fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That happens when your not relaxed, didn't insert it far enough or very dry!. Just take a deep breath & relax then try again!. If not try peeing with it still inside & when you go wipe grab the string with the toilet paper & pull gently!.

If your in a hurry you tense up causing that problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

relax, just sit there for a min if you feel its stuck, just leave it, take a couple deep breathes and relax!. Sometimes it does that to everyone! the string wont break dont worry about that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Read the package!.!.!.!. how many times are people supposed to discribe vaginal insertions!. Go to the website on the box if you want more pictures!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it hurts to take out when it's not used up enough!. it may be too big and your flow isn't heavy enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
