yes!.!.!.it's normal!. You're still going through puberty!. This happens to EVERYBODY, females, I mean!. When someone hits you in that area, it hurts, just like when you hit guys in the you-know-where, it hurts!. Try not to press on it because I think it can affect the development or something, or maybe not!. But it's life and everyone has to deal with puberty, whether you like it or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, its completely normal, Your only 13, your boobs are just starting to really grow, and that can be uncomfortable!. Have you already had your period yet!? That can cause your breast to be tender!. If it continues I would go to the Gyno and have it checked out!. But like I said, your only 13, so I wouldn't worry!. I'm 25 and my breast get tender all the time, so just hang in there, it'll pass :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Very normal!. It just sounds like your breasts are growing!. You may experience some off and on discomfort as your body changes!. Something that helps alleviate the pain in the breast is to wear a sports bra!. The tightness just somehow reduces the friction and pressure against your chest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At that age it's very natural--they're just growing pains!. :-)
One thing I wish they told me at that age is when bra shopping, you are allowed to and should try them on in the fitting room so you know it'll be comfy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yup its normal my breats hurt like hell when they were growing!. just try not to sleep on them!. Also when you get your period they are going to be extra sore so be careful!. =]

I think its very normal!. I had the same exact thing when I was developing!.!.!.!.I would suggest wearing a good bra to help them to move a least amount as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
