can u tell the blood/pee is coming down or do u not even know!. like could i sit in a chair for 4 hours and in the 1st hour have my period and not know for the rest of the 3 hours!?

with pads yes you can feel the blood dripping from you, its really gross!. and it does feel like a diaper!.
with tampons you can't feel anything and yes you can see blood when you take it out!.

but yea it kinda does feel like your wearing a part of a diaper not the full diaper
