Well unfortuantely even though those parts dont work completely and they are unable to have children the basic function is still there!. The female reproductive system still gets the signals from the brain to do what it thinks they should do, ala have menstrual cycles!. The part ofthe brain that controls involuntary functions digestion, heart rate etc also controls those parts of a womans body!.

Because it is not the fact that they menstruate that allows them to become pregnant but the proper functioning of their reproductive systems which allows them to ovulate or produce an egg that will travel down the fallopian tube to be fertilized also there are several factors that may cause infertility and some people who tried for a year got pregnant the following year of trying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They may be infertile for various reasons such as malfunctions in egg development, but they would still have the hormones that signal the body to make a placenta, and then discard it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
