It different for each woman!. For me I have stomach pains the day before!. It feels like I haven't eaten for a few days, even if I've just had a huge meal!. For my friend, she feels bloated and she can't fit into her normal jeans!. A good way to find out what happens to you is to wait for you next period's end and then count the days before your next one starts!. Look for signs of pain or swelling that may indicate that you are getting ready to start!. A normal period is every 28 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
