It is not as bad as it seems!. I will tell you that it is uncomfortable, but not painful!. The exam will only take a minute, just try to relax!. Try not to be tense, because the more relaxed you are the less painful it will be!. Every woman in the world has to go through this!. It's not the most fun thing, but it's necessary!. Well i was the same way you are i was a virgin when i got my first exam and well it is scary but well when it is done you will be suprised though all it is well is a small thing and well it does not hurt, also well they do a brest exam to make sure everything is good there!. but just relax and take a deep breath you will be fine belive me i know how you feel i was there lol!. they are just going to take some samples just to see if anything is wrong!.
Well i know when i got mine was becasue my friend was abnormal they wanted to make sure everything was ok that was all!. But well it is not that bad though something females all have to go though!. It won't hurt- but it will be uncomfortable!. I was a virgin when I went to the gynecologist and I was scared too! I think the worst part of the exam is just not knowing what to expect!. Tell your doctor that you're nervous and she should explain everything she's doing while she's doing it, and what you'll feel!. You'll feel some pressure, but that's about it!. Do you have cramps!? I can tell you that cramps hurt worse than the exam- seriously!. Just try to relax and focus on your breathing while she's doing the exam- if you're tense then it will be a little more uncomfortable!.!. Dont be scared! Its not so bad!. Its a little weird, especially the first time, but its not painful at all, just uncomfortable having someone, um, down there looking around!. Trust me you'd much rather have reg!. OBGYN visits than an undetected problem that could keep you from being able to have kids or make you sick!. I was terrified my first time but afterwards i felt like a big wimp because its fairly quick and painless, and the nurses / dr make you feel really comfortable!. No if you aren't over 18 and aren't sexually active yet they won't give you a pap smear!. All they are going to do is ask about your periods take your blood pressure!. Look down there real quick and ask you if you are feeling any pain or discomfort and it will go from there!. It really isn't that bad!. The exam isn't that bad just relax!. They aren't going to give you the same exam that they would a sexually active adult!. They will examine that area, but they aren't going to do anything that would hurt you!.
