Question: Abnormaly heavy flow!?
Hey I am 15 and started (not the 1st time) my period on Saturday!. My periods are usually pretty average/light!. I'm usuallly ok to use regular tampons the whole period!. Well yesterday my period went crazy and i had to use super tampons which only lasted a few hours each and this morning when I woke up ( I sleep in pads) my pad was full and leaked through!. ( It was only a regular pad!.!. not maxi or whatever you call it) Is it possible that since I had such a light flow before it's dumping it all on me now (sorry!.!. ew) or is there something wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There could very well be something wrong, but don't freak out!. Call your doctor immediately and ask if she thinks there's reason for concern!. Make sure you also tell her if there are any other noticable changes, like headaches or severe cramps or anything like that!. She'll probably have you come in for a checkup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
