i have taken combination birth control for almost a year now!. it's a long story, but i lost the FIRST two pills in the pack this month, so i just skipped them and started on tuesday with that pill (i'm a sunday start)!.

take the skipped two right away and get back on track!. then use condoms for the next week!.!.!.AT LEAST!. Usually if you've taken the pill for a while (and a year I think would constitute as a while) it will take you're body sometimes a month to kick the hormone completely out so you can become pregnant again!. So I wouldn't worry too much but I would be cautious cause after all, you're taking a birth control pill for a reason-NO BABY! I would wait two to four weeks before having intercourse without a condom!. Of course, the pill isn't 100% affective so I would be very careful and use condoms for about a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Probably at least 7 days!. The pages I read said that if you start two days late, double up on those pills (so take four over two days) and then use condoms for 14 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
