Question: What is the best remedy for bad menstral cramps!?

Your doc can reccommend the best medication to suit you - you might need to try some to get the one that works for you!. Most you tke just before you actually start - when you can sense/know you are about to come on you take them so you build up the effect of the medication (it does work - often if I forget to do this then I get pains but if I take before they start then I am much better off)!.
In terms of other things - non medication!. Stretching - lie on your back (maybe your tummy if you can without feeling too sore) and stretch at first it feels like the last thing you want to be doing but it helps in the sense that your muscles are cramping and if you curl up (as you instictivly want to) then you are cramping them up even more!. Honesty when I discovered this it was amazing the difference!.!.!.
Hot baths (if you are not in too much pain that you feel faint) and hot water bottles (or 2)!. Strong tea - to warm you up inside - not too milky as it might make you feel nauseuous!. Loose warm baggy clothes that are not pressing in anyway or tight around your middle!. Wear a thick pad so you can relax and not worry about leaking or anything just focus on pain management!.
Once the main pain has gone then I often sleep and then wake up really refreshed!.
These are the things I do if I am having REALLY debilatating cramps!. If I am having regular cramps then a similar sort of thing - keeping warm and loose clothing!.

There are special tablets just for period pain (naprogesic, painkillers for period pain) A hot water bottle on your lower abdomen ( this always helped me) Warm drinks (but not coffee) Laying in foetal position with ur leags curled towards your chest!. You can also buy these like sticker things that retain body heat in the area, would be good on your lower abdomen but im not sure what they are called!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes cramps remedy with heating pad and eating mint water or contraceptive pills or any drugs but becareful when it doesn`t answer ,it is a problem!.u must go to GYN!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
