Is it still peri- menopause if i just got my period after four months?!

Question: Is it still peri- menopause if i just got my period after four months!?
Answers:
Yea, that "peri" phase is quite erratic and varies from woman to woman!. You might skip a period, or several periods, then have only a little streaker, or when it does show up again it might be a gusher, or just regular!. Or you might just slowly taper off month to month!. No way to predict!. And how long peri lasts is usually something only the woman experiencing it can determine, because you are most familiar with your own body and know (or should know by now) when things aren't are they usually are!. Keep a record though and let your gyno know when you have your appointment because there are other things that can cause you to spot if you've stopped menstruating for a long time which the doctor may need to look into!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
