If you have external (or internal) hemorrhoids, I would highly advise against anal sex until they have healed!.
Not only will it most likely cause you extreme pain but you run the risk of infection as well!. No matter how much you clean that area there is always bacteria present!. You don't want any icky bacteria getting into your bloodstream from an open wound!.
You can still have sex, just hold off on the backdoor until you have healed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
