When something has you this concerned, it is important that you make an appointment to see your doctor!. If you do not have a local doctor you are comfortable seeing, consider going to a clinic that deals with womens' health!. Many local hospitals or universities also have such clinics!. Breast health is something everyone concerns themselves with, and your personal health and peace of mind is very important!.

It does sound like you may have a bite from something based on your description!. It could also be an ingrown hair!. If you are not willing to see a doctor yet, perhaps a hydrocortisone cream would be helpful!. Make sure that the package doesn't say anything about not putting the cream on certain parts or your body!. Additionally, if you are not allergic to benadryl, you might consider taking that to help relieve the itch!. An itch is usually a sign of your body fighting something, whether it is toxin from a bug or irritation or infection from something else!.

Usually, zits do not itch, but there can always be exceptions!. Keep the area as clean as possible, and try not to wear lacy or ill-fitting bras that could continue to irritate the area!.

It's only been two days since this started, and it is good you are concerned!. If you are comfortable, wait a few more days and continue to track its progress!. You may also want to measure its size; if the circumference of the area changes, write that down!. These could be helpful signs if it continues to be a concern, and your doctor will be able to better diagnose the symptoms knowing its progression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can get an infected pore on your breast and areola areas!. I had one and it sounds a lot like what you described!. It can go away on its on, but it can also get a lot worse!. I would recoded that you see your GYN as he or she will know exactly what is going on and even if it is a bud bite they can give you a prescription for good cream to take the burn away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you get bit by a spider or some other kind of bug!?

I would just watch the area, it will probably get better on it's own!.

Just keep an eye on it and if it starts getting red streaks running away from it, or if the area feels warm like it has a fever, or if there's a black dot in the middle of the bite, then you need to go to the doctor because you probably got bit by a spider, and the sooner you catch something like that the better it will be!. Just don't wait too long!.
