Question: How can i !? -- please helpp!?
i have so much homework so if i stayed up all night , how can i make self awake enough to go to school the next day!.

eat fruit all night long!.!. drink super lots of water!.!. pee breaks means your eyes will have to adjust and wake up each time you go on the cold pottie for a tinkle!!.!. and red bull/tea the next day beginning in the morning!.!. and take littles walks around the house 1 hour (rewards for finishing a chapter or page of an essay!.!. etc)!.!. don't give up!.!. just think: you'd rather have a long night tonight and pass than sleep and have to do an entire semester of the hmk again!! good luck xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably not too good for you to stay up all night long, but sometimes it's what we have to do!. I've had to pull quite a few all nighters for college and what I did is this!.!.!.

1)Leave all the lights on and set at a table or desk (If it's kind of dark and you're laying on your bed, you're more likely to nod off)
2)Caffeine is good, but it can also lead to you crashing and being really really tired, so use it in moderation!.
3) Snack often!.
4) If you can, take a cat nap (like 30min to an hour) sometimes, this is just what your body needs to keep going, but some people can't do that, if they try they will just keep sleeping
5) The most important thing, is to just do your homework and not think about what time it is, and remember, tomorrow will come soon and you can go to bed right after you get home from school!.
6)Take 10-15min breaks where you step outside, take a quick walk, take a cold shower etc!. Do this when you think you can't make it anymore!

Eat a lot of icecream and sugary foods!. One time I pulled an all nighter and we ate lots of shredded cheese to stay up (lol)!. Anyway, also if your 1st Class period is gym or music or something unimportant, ask your mom if you can stay home and stay home for the 1st period!. Tell her and see if she or any of your siblings or dad can help you with your homework and type things for you or anything!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would advise only working on a little bit at night and then get a good night's sleep, especially if you have a test or activities the next day!. Talk to your teachers about the amount of homework you getting!. Sleep deprivation is not going to give you a good grade!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont stay awake all night!. Get as much done now as you can but go to bed at a decent hour, then wake up 1 1/2 hours earlier than usual and finish!. Ive done the overnight thing, its NOT worth it!. If you still cant finish in time, copy off someone else!. I normally wouldnt tell people to do this, but if youre desperate to get it done, just do it once!. I wish schools would stop doing that to kids!. Just go to school a little late if you can or !.!.!. do a bunch of exercises first thing in the morning and then go to school!.

i'd advise against staying up all night but!.!.!.
take a cold shower in the morning, eat a good breakfast, drink coffee or some kind of caffeine!.
