I dont no what to do now?!


Question: I dont no what to do now!?
Tonight i did something really bad
For about a yer now i jsut feel really like chubby and fat
and just plain ugly to be frank
and anyway i always try to eat little and hopefully somdays nothing everyday i eat under 500 calories usually otherwise i feel bad and i count them up as i eat things buti onley eat fter 4
and in my room
yes that means no breackfast and lunch and so fort
but today i ate more
nd i was jsutlying on my bed feeling full
and i got up and i tried to throw up
it actually worked and i feel weird cause i dont feel bad i feel
like im finally acheving
what do i do i no i shouldnt do it but im not going to be out of controle or anything i can controle it aand stuff do i ahvto tell anyone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have an eating disorder!. If you are eating less than 500 calories a day then you are starving yourself and I can almost guarantee you that you are NOT chubby or fat!. In fact, you are probably very underweight!.

Thinking you have control over your eating situation is one of the biggest indicators that you have an eating disorder!. You need to have counseling and get some kind of help!. Please talk to your parents or doctor or a friend that will support you in getting treatment for this!.

And just so you know, if you're going to skip a meal, the best meal to skip is supper, so if you really insist on eating less, eat breakfast, that is the most important meal of the day and your body will thank you for it!

no matter how much you think you can control it if you keep doing it youll go out of control!. also the average calories of a day is 2000!. so eat more!. youll get sick and pass out!. if you want to get fit than do yoga, belly dancing, joging,etc!. burn 96 more calories than you ate!. so eat 2000 calories,never ever skip breakfast cause your body will hang on to your body fat and not eat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you did it more than once you have a problem!. Before it gets out of control, stop it!. You are only hurting yourself!. I'm sure you're not ugly!. You are your worst critic!. Remember that!. Honestly it sounds hard, but the best way is to eat a balanced diet and exercise!.
If you eat such small amount of calories you will slow your metabolism and not lose weight from fat, but muscle!.

It is a slow process weight loss, im not sure if you are even overweight!.
But its best to eat and exercise in a way which can be maintained for years to come!.
Everything in moderation, no need to be overly hard on yourself!.

If people dont accept your size, its not your problem, its theirs!.

Yes go talk to a nurse or someone you trust!. It is a must!.

But to lose weight you have to eat!. Every Body is different but about 6 small meals a day and exersice helps you lose weight!.

Have you ever met a really old person and they have all kinds of old stuff in their house!. They will have lots of food and just anything they cannot let things go!.
Well for most people who have been through the depresion there minds say keep EVERYTHING just in case we ever go through this again!.

Your body is the same way!. The more you starve it the more it holds on to food not knowing when it will get it again!.
