How can I tone up?!


Question: How can I tone up!?
I've recently lost alot of weight really fast but has resulted in saggy skin and flab it looks horrible is there any exercises I can do to tone up my:
Thighs
Arms
Chest
Tummy

That is a common problem when people drop weight fast and the elasticity of the skin can't keep up!.

Do your normal cardio routine or whatever you did to lose all the weight (and congrats) add a weight training routine to your day!. light weights and high reps for like 3 - 5 sets!. Light weight means a weight that you can do 15-20 times but is heavy enough that you can feel that your doing something!. I will break it down by problem areas with workouts that I like to do!.

Thighs - go on a treadmill and max out the incline (most max at 15!.0) and do a quick paced walk for 30 -45 minutes everyday!. You can do leg extentions or flexs at low weigh high rep too but I have always seen really good results with just the max inclined treadmill!. You will tighten up your legs and get a real firm!.!.!. um, ah!.!.!.a$$!.

Arms - bi-cep curls with free weights or using the cable machine if availible, again everything with light weights and alot of reps!. Pull downs for your tri-ceps on the cable machine!. Front and side raises for your shoulders!.

Chest - flat bench press either with the bench press bar or with free weights (dumbbells), inclined bench press, declined bench press!. flys on the fly machine or lay on a flat bench and do your flys with free weights!. All these again with low weight high reps!.

Tummy - You should do abs every other day!. Some people with say do it every single day but I feel that you have to give your muscles a day to rest in between!. Use a EZ Roller crunch thing!. I don't know the proper name but you can 3 sets of 50 every other day!. If 50 in one set seems high then break it down to 5 sets of 30 or something!. After it starts getting easier try to increase the amount of sets!. Say in a month you might want to increase it to 4 sets of 50!.

Your skin will tone up!. You can help it along by eating right, staying hydrated and exercising!. All types!.

For those particular spots try core exercises!. The plank - lie face down, raise up on your forearms & toes!. Hold as long as you can up to a minute!. Repeat!. Really great toner!.
The superman, exercise ball crunches all crunches

Best thing to do is go to a local gym and ask expert help, they can demonstrate for you and even make a regime for you to follow to ensure tip-top-tense skin in no time!Www@Answer-Health@Com
