im 13!. and i have never gotten my period, yet (even though i should!.) lucky me!. but now im afraid its randomly gonna happen!. the first time, does it bleed alot, noticably!? =/Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont feel tio stressed about it all its apart of growing up and when the time is right youll get it! dont worry the first period might just be a lil but it could be quiet hevey to maybe carry round a pad or tampon in your bag but if you forget to pack it & u suddenly get a suprise in your underware just roll up a chunk of tolit paper and put it in your under where until your somewher you can get a pad or tampon :D i wouldnt say it was noticable depends what your wearing but unless your wearing this see thro cloth you cant notic it but it could be different of your wearing thin material or white!.!.white & periods just dont mix! Unless you hav a pad or tampon lol GOOD LUCK! maybe you could talk to an adult or parent or family member or friends mums anyone really so you can have so suport and be prepared when you get you lil suprise!
+ you can use pads or tampons tampons are good in someways but seem quiet hard to use just follow the instructions in the pack and it should help maybe practic when you have your period but NEVER WHEN YOU DONT! bads nd tampods have good and bads sides to them its really what you feel comfy in if your a swimer or sports player tampons would be good cuz you cant swim in a pad lol!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im 13!.!.!.started my period last year in 6th grade over winter break!. Thank god i wasnt at school It wasnt too bad though!. I just wasnt ready for it!. I was taken by surprise!. My period is mostly heavy!. But when i started it was pretty light!. And youll know!. It might look like you sh*t your pants a tiny bit!. Its a brownish color!. Not really red!. Just keep a pad in your locker!. Or you could just go to the nurse!. It should be summer time for you anyway!. So no worries for right now!. I was asleep, and i woke up with a brown spot in my panties!. I was like!.!.!.wtf!? lol!. Youll be fine!. I promise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't think you 'should' have got your period by now, lots of people don't start until they are like 16-18
when it starts it will be more of a staining/light blood flow I imagine!. Don#t worry too much about it but if you are worried why not get a ltitle pretty purse and put some pads and wipes in it and carry that round in your bag so that if it does start you can clean yourself up and then wear your pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Brown discharge is normal!. It does NOT mean that you have an std! Some women have a little brown discharge when they start their periods!. It is normal, basically it is like old blood!. So remember it does not mean that you have some kind of infection or std!. Its totally normal, and is usually a sign that you are about to start your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no you'll notice a little speckle in the toilet or on tissue paper!. if you start getting cramps, drink loads of water and it'll flush it out quicker!. the first time, it's only a little bit so put a pantyliner in straight away!.

dont worry about it you will notice it when it starts but it wont be like a big gush of blood, always carry some sanirty towels with you just in case!. periods can start any thing up to the age of 17 and you will hate it when they startWww@Answer-Health@Com
