Unless you have had a massive weight gain, it is unlikely that your dietary change has caused you to miss a period!. I am going to assume that you are NOT sexually active, as statistically, in women of child bearing age who are sexually active, pregnancy is the commonest cause of a late period!. If you are in the midst of exams, then stress itself is the likeliest cause of the delay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be a change of diet
but its also quite likely that it is late due to the stress of your exams
try not to worry about it, because the more you worry the later it will be!
good luck with your exams!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be the change of diet, or it could be your state of mind, if you have been worried or edgy about the exams, that can sometimes affect your cycle as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

It could definitley be a change in diet!. :)

as well as several other things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure because eating unhealthy can cause you to have a really heavy painful period!. The cause could be exam stress!?
