Sore down there?!

Question: Sore down there!?
I'm sore down there and I dont know what to do! I don't have any std's before anybody says! (Just trust me I know)!.

I recently had cystitus and it has cleared up after a course of antibiotics!. However my labia and the entrance to my vagina are rather sore!.

I had intercourse with my partaner for the first time since my infection the other day using condoms!.

I don't think I'm allergic to latex as I don't normally have a problem!.

Also I was wondering if it could be the cheap toilet paper in work as I've just started in this job and I'm not used to it!. It's the sort of toilet paper that feels very harsh but falls to peices when it becomes wet!.

It's not bad enough to go to the doctors about, just more of a slight annoyance!. I don't have any more discharge than usual or anything like that!.

Could you give me some advice please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hiya!.!.!.This could be a number of things but only a doctor can really tell!. It doesnt sound like thrush or a yeast infection as you said you have no unusual discharge!.
Its a really delicate area 'down there' and can be out of sorts from all reasons!. Im definitely not an expert but here are a few ideas!.!.
the horrible toilet paper at work could be aggravating you, so Id suggest taking your own loo roll to work, or at least having a private stash somewhere!
In warmer weather, try to keep your clothing loose and steer clear of skinny jeans etc!. Try to wear cotton pants and not tight fitting thongs which can rub, rub, rub!
Id also be very careful with washing down there, use a very mild, non perfumed soap and wash with warm (not hot) water!. The ph of your ladyparts can be affected by perfumed soaps (or even bubble bath) which can cause irritation and redness!.
If, after all these things, it still doesnt get better, Im afraid youll have to see a doc! Its not a pleasant experience, but he/she would have seen a million and one other ladybits so try not to worry too much!
Hope you feel better soon!

Sorry to hear of your troubles!. Here are a few things it cuold be:

The toilet paper you suspect
A change in soap/shower gel/bubble bath/soap powder
Although you're not allergic to latex it could be the spermicide on the condom!.
It may be friction from your session with the guy, maybe try some KY when having sex again!?!?

Hope you get it sorted! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had something that sounds exactly like this (except I hadn't had cystitus) and it went away in a few days!. I put it down to perhaps tight trousers and also some uncomfortable knickers that I had that rubbed when I did exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi,
if you just finished antibiotics it could be thrush, you should check it with your doctor or ask a pharmacy what they recommend, canesten or diflucan tablets are excellent!.
