Some people are just genetically prone!. My friend's mother has battled high blood pressure almost her whole life even though she's as thin as a rail, eats well, and exercises!. She's on medication!. Her father had a heart problem and died of a heart attack in his 50s!. High blood pressure isn't always caused by lifestyle habits!. As long as you take medication, you'll be fine!.
