You might be getting a cramp!.
I get those sometimes for a couple brief seconds, and it isn't a cramp, I don't know what it is!. But I don't get it that often!.

this may sound wierd, but are your pubes really long!?!? I am used to being clean shaved, and it i get pubic pains when i leave the hair!.!.!.!.!.!. I guess its the friction against the underwear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
might want to check for crabs!. not trying to be funny!. they grasp onto the pubes and can be very painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
