How long are they going to last???????!

i used to get the same thing!. the first day of every period!. i'd have to miss a day of school every month it sucked!. what i did was i made a heating pad out of felt fabric and it filled it half way up with rice and then sewed the top shut then!. popped it in the microwave for 10 secs!. then i'd make myself a sandwich and take some bendryl and go lay down!. within 10 mins i'd be asleep and then i'd wake up and i'd have no cramps at allWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ouch, I absolutely hate period pains! It usually lasts depending on the person, so there isn't a set time to how long they go on for!. If you want to know, look back to previous period pains and see how long the cramps stayed then!. All I can say is that you may want to take pain meds, and if they don't work, try a heating pack and place it on your tummy!. Deep breathes can also help!.

Hope the pain goes away soon! Maybe take a nap or walk around to help ease the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know why
but an ice pack works better for me when i have it
because im already hot and anxious when i get
them so a cold pack cools me down and if you get
the ones with gel in them they are soft
enough so you can gently
message your stomach with them!.
but its best if you do that and lay down!.!.!.maybe a good chick flick (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get the same thing, usually mine last for a day each time i get my period!. My advice, pain-killers, a heat pack and a good chick-flick!Www@Answer-Health@Com
