Yeah!. I actually had some today for cramps!. i dont know if it helps ALOT!. Considering I drink like 3 types of tea!. (peppermint, and green) but it does help reduce the impact!. i think its best to have it hot, to increase the effectiveness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
