If you wear one with regular absorbency it's for girls that don't bleed too much!. Heavy is for girls that bleed more, then I think there's Super, which is for the gushers!. Regular is typically for younger girls, or smaller girls!. They're most of the time easier to fit inside your vagina and they're more comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need different tampons for different stages of your period!. Heavy tampons for heavy days, when you're bleeding a lot!. Regular for regular days, normal bleeding!. And Light for light days, when your bleeding is light, usually near the ned of your period!.

If you're a tiny build with a light flow, you're not going to want to wear a super plus!. Every try to remove a dry tampon!? It's not fun! It can be really painful!.
