Answers:
Your weight *could* be causing those problems, but it's possible that you have several independent health-related issues!.

The bladder problem could be because of a urinary tract infection or the fact the you're drinking too much!. The constipation could be because of poor diet!. If you're eating too much meat, that would 'back you up!.' As for the smell, that could definitely be weight related!.

You can buy Azo strips over the counter to test if you have a UTI!. Constipation can be helped by changing up your diet and drinking some prune juice!. The smell can be handled by better hygiene habits!. Try wearing super strength deodorant, soaping more vigrously, changing your underwear several times a day, wearing breathable clothes, and showering and bathing more than a once a day!.

Of course, there's no substitute for weight loss, but these fixes can help you in the meantime!.

If you do have a UTI, you'll need antibiotics!. Cranberry supplement pills or 100% cranberry juice can help prevent UTIs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

First off you need a good checkup with the doctor to see what might be going on and whether this is caused from weight gain or not!. This should be your first most important step and then after that do what the doctor says!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just start eating healthy and exercise a little bit every day!. Start out slow but slowly start to do more!. (ride a bike, go running, go walking, swim, etc!.) good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're only a little overweight it's doubtful that your weight is causing this!. You need to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
