Ladies, I need your strategies, asap, lol!. So here's the deal!.!.!.I'm a 20 year old health freak!.!.!.!.!.!.until now apparently!. I have serious pms this month and I've been eating any junk food that my significant others have in the house!. Argghh!.!.!.I NEVER eat this stuff!.!.!.this is going to sound dramatic, but its like a tasty poison or something!. My once beloved vegetable drawer was passed over for pizza rolls tonight!.!.!.ew!. Any of you have good strategies for avoiding pms binges!?!?!? And!.!.!.!.!.even if you don't have strategies, write a note if you are feeling pmsy too!.!.!. =) Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just got over this myself!. I've spent years looking for a way to avoid this issue - it only creeps up every 3rd or 4th month!. Every other time, I'm ok!. I have found that my cravings are worse when my stress levels are a little higher - but I end up giving in to them!. Do you know what I had last week!? 3 strips of bacon with a vanilla milkshake! I am lactose intolerant and I knew that the fat in the bacon would help me tolerate the milk and rather than taking a Lactaid, I ate the bacon because I just wanted to eat it!. Darn those people for inventing the pre-cooked stuff! I'm taking Topomax for migraines, so my binges have subsided somewhat, by the way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know exactly what your going through, and it sucks so bad, but what I did was eat grapefruit, or drink grapefruit juice before you try and eat something!. The aftertaste it leaves always stopped me from eating something else because it never tasted as good!.
