Backpain! tight muscle....?!

Question: Backpain! tight muscle!.!.!.!.!?

my muscle all the way down the right side of my body has been really tight for a long time(1 month maybe) my aunt says its bacause i dotn stretch it, but i tried this and its still tight and hurts a little!. i just had 2 SHARP shooting pains down that muscle!. what should i do!? is this bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
