Well if your sure you both want children NOW, and you want to get pregnant, then it is not needed, as you cant get pregnant with one!. However, if your not ready for children yet, maybe some time in the future, then one should be worn until you have both agreed your ready!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Checked for STD's- great idea, makes it safe
