Menstural Cramps but no period?!

For about 1 week I have been having very intense cramps, and they are very painful especially today!. I have not gotten my first period yet, and for 2 1/2 months my vaginal area had great qualms that are said to be caused by prostecycline in blood!. For 3 weeks ago I started having on and off again cramps, but this week they got bad!. I am 13 and have had pubic hair since I was 7!. I have been discharging for about a year and a half!. My sister started her period when she was 12 and a half, and my mom started when she was 14, but my mom was very active and worked out 5 hours a day (literally) at that age!. I am pretty active and run almost every day!. Am I going to get my period soon!? I want to, because then my prostecycline qualms will go away (Everyone that I know that had them said that they went away after gitting their period!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
