There are a few options here:
It could be a sweat rash!.!.!. from friction or because you are allergic to his sweat!.
Could be an allergic reaction to his semen!. Do not rule it out just because it's your ex and you've done him before!. I have a friend who produced a child with a man before becoming allergic to his semen!.
You could be having an allergic reaction to the condom you used- if you used one!. Latex is a common allergy!.
You could also be reacting to the lubricant on the condom (if one was used) or a personal lubricant either of you used to enhance your experience!.

Did you use a condom!? You could be allergic to latex in the condom if the rash is like a hive type in appearance, it's unlikely it's an std as the symptoms wouldn't usually show up that quick if it was only last night!. It could of course be friction burns if you were really dry!? If it doesn't go within a few days, see your GP!. Don't worry to much!. It does just sound like friction burns!.

I used to get thyose all the time!. It would happen when any guy who was thin, would leave a rash between my legs from all of the excessive activity!. This was also when I was thin, but come to think of it, since I've grown into full woman size that has not happened!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
